The most important method of phosphate ore processing is flotation. The solution of direct flotation, reverse flotation and the combination of direct flotation and reverse flotation can be selected according to the properties of ores. For ores with higher weathering degree, it is necessary to adopt the washing, scrubbing and desliming to obtain qualified phosphate concentrate.
Application
The direct flotation process is suitable for phosphate ores with quartz and silicate as the main matrix, and the reverse flotation process is suitable for phosphate ores with carbonate as the main matrix.
