SINOWAY SWG315 Motor Grader Highlights
1. The frame adopts the mega structure and numerical control welding.
2. The engine is imported Cummins Euro III emission engine. It has the characteristics of low noise, energy saving and environmental protection.
3. The drive axle adopts imported main drive axle with reliable quality; the "anti-skid differential" is installed inside, so that the grader can output full load power under various working conditions.
4. The operation hydraulic system adopts the load sensitive operation hydraulic system, which can make the left and right lifting of the blade synchronous, make the operation sensitive and reliable, and reduce the energy consumption at the same time. 5. The brake system consists of service brake, parking brake and emergency brake. The service brake is located at each middle and rear wheel. The left and right independent brake circuits and two accumulators ensure reliable braking force in case of failure or engine shutdown. Service brake type: oil cooled, multi disc brake, hydraulic brake, spring release, automatic adjustment.
6. Full hydraulic front wheel steering, and equipped with hydraulic transfer steering of control frame, so that the turning radius is small and flexible.
7. The anti tipping and anti dropping cab is equipped with French f green anti ultraviolet glass and electronic monitoring mobile console, which is comfortable and safe to operate. And equipped with audio devices, enrich the cultural life of drivers.
8. The company's patent is adopted to have the hydraulic buffer device for blade lifting, so that the grader can avoid sudden impact during operation and play a protective role for the grader.
9. Blade is a heavy-duty blade manufactured by our company with unique technology. After special heat treatment, the strength and wear resistance of blade are improved, and its service life is improved.
10. The gearbox adopts German ZF electro-hydraulic gearshift gearbox, which can realize forward 6 gears and backward 3 gears, making the operation convenient.
