Highlights of SINOWAY SWG165 Motor Grader
1. The frame adopts overall hot pressing and numerical control welding.
2. Cummins engine is specially used for construction machinery. Good power, stable quality, all over the country service outlets, easy maintenance. It has the characteristics of low noise and energy saving.
3. The three-stage drive axle is equipped with our patent "nospin non slip differential", which enables the grader to output full load power under various working conditions.
4. The operation hydraulic system adopts double pump and double circuit system, equipped with American control valve, with simple structure, which can realize synchronous speed of left and right lifting oil cylinders and simplify driver's operation.
5. Adopt full hydraulic brake system, equipped with original imported brake valve and pressure limiting valve. Make the brake safe and reliable.
6. The full hydraulic front wheel steering system is equipped with a road sense full hydraulic steering gear. The steering operation is light and responsive, which improves the driver's driving safety. And equipped with the hydraulic steering control frame, so that the turning radius is small, flexible.
7. The operation device is equipped with the company's patented structure of "gear ring of hobbing plate", which is maintenance free and improves the leveling accuracy.
