Lead zinc ore divides into sulfide lead zinc ore and oxide lead zinc ore . Flotation is the most widely used in separating sulfide lead zinc ore , to separate zinc and plumbum , sometimes for separating sulfide iron and other minerals . Sulfide lead ore process divides into priority flotation process , mix-separating flotation , asynchronous flotation ,and so on .

Application

The lead zinc ore procesing mainly deals with lead zinc sulfide and oxide ores with close intergrowth, uneasy dissociation and uneven particle size distribution. 

Features

1.Preferred flotation

 After the ore grinding to the monomer dissociation of lead-zinc, lead and zinc will be separated respectively. It is suitable for coarse grinding fineness adopting single grinding classification process, different concentrates are separated by flotation reagents combination.

2.Mixed flotation

After grinding the raw ore, mixed flotation will separate the zinc and lead together and then re separate zinc concentrate from lead concentrate. It is suitable for strong associated lead-zinc ore, when necessary to regrind concentrate thus better separation of lead and zinc concentrate will be made.
