Outrigger hydraulic system is a constant pressure, variable displacement controlled system.The oil pump is connected to the transmission through PTO. The system is more economic and saves energy more than 30% compared with the normal constant displacement pump controlled system. The outrigger pressure testing devices are equipped to improve the safety of lifting operations;The hydraulic independent cooling system is designed to reduce the temperature rise of the hydraulic system and prolong the service life of the hydraulic system.The oil cylinder made of high-strength material has higher strength and lighter weight.
Transmission
In-house designed and manufactured by SINOWAY, and load- bearing structure is optimized. It is made of high strength steel and has anti-torsion box structure with aluminum walking surface covered. Left-hand drive steering wheel,drive/steering type is 8×6×8, axles 1, 3 and 4 for driving and all axles for steering.
Constant pressure variable displacement pump controlled system. The pump is connected to the transmission through PTO for controlling the movements of outriggers. American Allison 6-speed automatic transmission. It is stable and reliable to work.
Foot pedal operated double-circuit air pressure brake. The 1st circuit acts on
of axle 3 and 4; the 2nd circuit acts on the wheels of axles 1 and 2.
Parking brake: air-release brake, acting on axles 2, 3 and 4 by the spring energy storing air
Auxiliary brake: transmission retarder brake and engine compression brake for improving
braking safety and preventing excessive wear and overheating of brake calipers.
H-single stage, four-point support outriggers made of high-strength steel, fully hydrauliccontrolled.
CAN Bus outrigger control station located at each side of the chassis.
