High grade steel material for pontoons
Sinoway pontoons are standard made with high grade steel sheets, which is with high tensile strength and good corrosion resistant. For special applications like off-shore or salty areas, full weathering steel pontoons are also available as optional. For those applications require extra anti-corrosion, Sinoway offer pontoons with marine grade ship plate steel.
Reliable structure for durability and easy maintenance
Each pontoon is with three independent compartments, hermetically sealed. Two or three chains on each pontoon. Dual-layer bottom plate structure ensure the pontoon for a much longer service life, marine coating is also available as optional.
Well protected hydraulics
The hydraulic traveling motors as well as the hydraulic hosed are well protected by the full sealed container which minimize the possibility of damage these parts when working in swamp or water area.
Three-piece welding
The pontoons are now welded with three-piece steel sheet structure in stead of normal four-piece, two bent steel plates are connected on the top, thus the eliminating of long welding seam makes the whole pontoon even durable and neater.
