The Crushing and screening complete set system used in hydropower, urban construction, highway construction and other industries can manufacture a variety of specifications of aggregate or artificial sand through the dry, wet process. It can support different types of feeder, crusher, sieving equipment, plastic equipment, sand separator (dry method sand), sand washing equipment (wet sand) and transportation equipment. It is equipped with different types of dedusting and PLC control system to realize crushing and sorting processing of different properties of stone and manufacture various specifications of aggregate(5-80mm) and artificial sand (0.5-6mm). The aggregate product is cubic and high quality with few flakes. The specifications of crushing, screening and mechanical sand complete set system are of 30-600m3/h, we provide its system design, manufacture, installation guidance and commissioning, engineering contracting services.

If the finished product contains lots of soil, it needs to be washed to meet the qualified products.
