1. 2. The type of transmission hydraulic torque converter + power shift gearbox can fully adapt to the adverse conditions of the instantaneous change of the dump. The drive axle is equipped with a nospin differential lock imported from the United States. Even if a compaction wheel slips or hangs in the air, the compaction wheel still maintains a strong driving force.
3. Steering and lifting system: the load sensing plunger pump, proportional valve and control handle, flow amplifier, steering gear, steering cylinder and lifting cylinder of the garbage compactor of Sauer-Danfoss are specially designed for the open cycle hydraulic system. When the steering and bulldozer are working, the priority is to turn. When the steering and blade are not working, the auxiliary pump swashplate automatically returns to the center, and the system is efficient and energy-saving.
4. The front and rear bucket frame design of the structure is completely closed to prevent the sundries in the waste yard from entering. The structure is solid, and the cabin bottom is of ship structure, which reduces the driving resistance of the compactor;
The ± 15 ˚ swing form of the center frame and ± 40 ˚ hinged center joint can ensure that four compaction wheels touch the ground at the same time, so as to achieve the best compaction effect, climbing ability and safety; the four-point slewing bearing is of heavy-duty and high life type, with large swing angle, so as to fully improve the stress condition of relevant parts of the frame.
The adjustable scraper teeth can keep the compaction wheel and the compaction foot clean and ensure the compaction efficiency. Each wheel has two clippers to prevent foreign matters from winding. The compaction wheel is welded with a unique sequence of cast long-life wear-resistant teeth. The teeth of the front and rear compaction wheels are arranged longitudinally and staggered to further improve the high-pressure compaction density. The back and forth working compaction width of the compactor is up to 4.6m. The 3.8-meter-wide bulldozer makes the garbage compactor have the maximum paving ability. The bulldozer is a solid frame structure, and the vertical steel bar enables the driver to see the ground conditions in front through the shovel. The blade of the shovel is bidirectional, which can be replaced and then installed, saving the maintenance cost of the user.
